We wanted to create a breakfast that felt like a sunny morning — fresh, energizing, effortless. During our travels in the Mediterranean we noticed how people always start their day with simple, real food: whole grains, creamy avocados, olive oil, lemons, herbs.
So we re-imagined the classic avocado toast the Healthy & Delicious way — adding our favorite Italian-touch: extra virgin olive oil, a light sprinkle of sea salt, a hint of lemon zest and perhaps a handful of fresh herbs or micro-greens. The result? A breakfast that’s balanced, vibrant and ready in a few minutes.
