Ciao! We’re Francesca and Daniel, welcome to our kitchen — we are a couple who’ve been cooking, eating, and sharing life together in Northern Italy for nearly 20 years. Francesca is from Italy, Daniel is from Spain, and although we’re not professional chefs, our love for food and culture has always been at the heart of our lives and careers.
In our kitchen, we like to keep things simple: Francesca cooks and Daniel eats! But behind that fun balance lies a shared passion for creating meals that are both nutritious and full of flavor. Over the years, friends and family often asked us for recipes, tips, and ideas — from healthy twists on traditional dishes to creative meals inspired by our travels. Their encouragement is what brought us here.
In the summer of 2025, while reflecting on what we love most, we decided to create this channel as a space where we can share our passion for food with a wider community. Healthy and Delicious is all about showing that Mediterranean inspired meals can be nutritious, full of flavor and easy to prepare.

We’re doing everything ourselves — from writing and filming to editing — and we’re constantly learning and growing as we go.
